It lights up your dark room like nothing else

It does not just want to lights up your room, the marketing team of Mountain Dew Malaysia decided to up lights up Kuala Lumpur city by setting up a lightning on landmark buildings. It give a chill how much marketing cost they have spent in order to make an awareness on their newest product.

It really cool to see a new carbonated soft drink taking over in term of marketing strategy over Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Mountain Dew original flavor is sweet citrus/lemon flavor.

Will Mountain Dew take the number 1 spot in carbonated soft drink business ? Certainly in the marketing side, they done a pretty good job and deserve a right spot in carbonated soft drink business.

Ice Coca-Cola never failed to be one of your choice of drink in restaurants 

There are not much differences between Coca-cola Zero and Coca-cola Light. Both of them are less sugar or literally no sugar at all. Coca-Cola is trying to attract consumer segment who have high regards on health well-being.

It is not stranger that every fast food restaurants are associated with carbonated soft drink. The set food is tied with a carbonated soft drink in a price. For instance, visiting McDonalds or KFC for meal the staff would ask you a compulsory question that must be answered by every customer. That would be "would you like to have "Coca-cola, Milo, Ice lemon tea or 100 plus". It always Coca-cola or some other brand of carbonated soft drinks

Will you protest if one day all the restaurants started to serve Coca-cola Zero or Coca-cola Light instead of Coca-Cola Red original ?

It would not be a street protest because apparently most of the customer would have been tricked identical taste.

Besides, for the health purpose of next generation and current generation it is one of the factor to reduce sugar intake as Malaysian could be one of the country in the world has the most number of diabetes patients.

Someone could be very angry right now because when Coca-cola Zero or Coca-cola Light successfully replaced by half that would mean Robert Kuok sugar business will have a tremendous downturn impact.

Something is really strange Coca-Cola labeled some Mandarin words

This is really something else from Coca-Cola Malaysia. As early as in the month of January, some Coca-cola red canned carbonated soft drink contains some blessing mandarin word as a pre-blessing from Coca-cola to all who would celebrate Chinese new year 2015.

I have some thought of collecting all of it totaled 8. On my second thought, that would really mean committed in increasing my already-high sugar level.




"Man" means full or abundance. A very good blessing that we will have an abundant rice in a big bowl to eat. I believe many out there are happy to see this lovely blessing. Happy Chinese New Year 2015 to all of you and Coca-cola.

I still tasted sweetness in this. Wait, there is a label at the bottom. "Zero Sugar" that must be mean something !




Is this even real ? no sugar ? There is sodium substance inside. Let see clearly, oh, it like a plain water ?





One should not be confused with this coca-cola because it contains some 30G sugar inside. This should be very good to differentiate. The coca-cola light is white whereas, the real sugary coca-cola is red canned Coca-Cola.

MY Coca made by F&N is product of Malaysia

It taste really alike to real Coca-cola. Do you ask yourself when ordering Cola the shop gave you a M cola or the real coca-cola ? I could not differentiate the taste both of this beverage. It has little or no different in taste so how could we actually identify which one is Malaysia version of cola and the real coca-cola ?? we will have a difficult time to know.


Will all the restaurants replaced coca-cola to MY Cola. I think they will and will not. The reason they will replace it is in order to support local beverage. Some of the restaurant might think that it not a good idea to replace it because both of this beverage has same price range. Local products do not translate as cheaper compared to those perceived foreign brands.


 I do not need to educate you why local products were not cheaper. If you insist asking of it, they will give you those money will be put into a place for future projects, investments, R&D. That happened to some of our local brands not all of them. However, our mind responds local product should be cheaper that not entirely true.


MY coca was bought in a local supermarket store with a price of RM1.50 in a 325ml can. Look at the nutritional information, there were almost the same as real Coca-cola. The sugar is 10.4g in 100ml of MY cola as oppose to real coca-cola sugar at 10.6g. 


Are you into a trend of support local product or supporting the season of boycott Coca-cola products ?? You might need this alternative. MY cola was launched believed to be around 2012. They conducted a survey that Malaysian overall likes the flavor of MY cola. For the launching of MY Cola to the market, it was priced at RM 1.30 for 325ml. In 2014, the inflation has increased the price to RM1.50.


Remember do not leave MY cola at the refrigerator overnight for later drink. You must consume all of the MY cola within one opened it. Try it for yourself sip a little of bit MY cola and put at refrigerator overnight, then sip it again next morning.

Believe it or not they have the same amount of sugar or more than Coca-Cola 

Coca-Cola is the largest carbonated soft drink the world. Unless you are a baby or 6 years below, you will never know What Coca-cola was. There were a big misconception towards Coca-cola. They claimed a regular Coca-cola drink contains overwhelmed amount of sugar. Coca-cola has 10.6g sugar in an 100ml Coca-cola. Is Coca-cola really that much sugar ??

Go and search on Google " Coca-cola Sugar " the result is fascinating how much sugar cubes inside a Coca-cola. Besides, you will found out that CEO of Coca-cola cant even tell the TV audiences how much the coca-cola sugar affecting the daily lives of human being.

The researchers should have thought about comparing other beverages but why it failed to show all of us. The stigma that created around Coca-cola was a false and intentional ?
